內容提要🆖：
本稿為《復旦公共行政評論》的系列出版物👨🦯➡️🕎。本輯專題是“公共行政與哲學”。公共行政一般認為是偏向實證的一門學科🧑🏻🌾，但本輯將哲學主題引入到公共行政研究，從哲學的緯度來探討公共行政研究和治理中碰到的諸多問題，提升了學科的理論認識，將理論與實踐結合的比較好。本書的書評👼🏽，提了一個問題：哲學能為公共管理做何貢獻👨🏻⚖️？也是對專題的呼應🫗。專題之外，本書還有文章🪓，涉及中國的多層級治理研究，中國的互聯網與國家戰略探討，香港廉政治理經驗的借鑒，等等，以及其他一些研究論文✧。
